Transportation from Erhaç Airport to the City Center
One of Turkey's oldest airports Malatya Airport (Erhaç Airport) was first opened in 1941 where now called Battalgazi and is operating in its current location since 1984. There're scheduled flights to Malatya Airport everyday of the week. It's open to international flights since 2007.

HAVAŞ also regulates shuttles for Elbistan County of Kahramanmaraş. These shuttles also departure 25 minutes after the landing of the flight. The fee is 25 TL and it takes approximately 2 hours to get to Elbistan.

There're many alternatives to get to the airport from Malatya city center. If you choose to come with your private car there's a parking lot across the Domestic and International Terminals. HAVAŞ shuttles departure from HAVAŞ City Office in city center. They start operating everyday around 04:00 A.M. The fee is 10 TL for shuttles and you get to the airport approximately in 45 minutes. HAVAŞ shuttles departure from Elbistan Otogar in Elbistan County of Kahramanmaraş. These shuttles start operating at 5 A.M. everyday. You get to the airport within 2 hours for a fee of 25 TL.
